What if you can't save me any money?
Then you pay $0. Seriously. On the One-Time plan, you don't owe us a penny unless we produce documented savings. On the Watchdog plan, if we don't save you more than your monthly fee in the first quarter, we'll refund it.
How is "savings" calculated?
Savings = the difference between what you were going to pay and what you actually pay after we negotiate. Everything is documented and transparent. You see the before and after on every deal.
Will this hurt my relationship with my vendor rep?

What's the minimum contract size?
